    With the advent of version 8, there really is NO reason to NOT use Microstation. It reads and writes Acad files AND DGNs natively. And the tools are extremely useful. Acad is a Pinto, time to step up to a MIcrostation CADDilac. ;-) Locutis Do it right the first time or... do it all over again!

    I'm assuming that your using Microstation/J Version 7.1. Make sure the Microstation ODBC Component is Installed. You can install it off of the Microstation CD you have. ONLY install the "databases" item in the install utility or it will replace ALL your Microstation files and destroy...
