    Hi, thanks for the reponse. I do have a reference number for the certificate but it may be awhile before I can get it. I have the Webtool RCV115 available to me. It can cut upto 115mm diameter wires so I am at about 78% of that for the diameter. Any experience with this tool? Thanks
