    The manufacturer of the telescoping valve(s) is Whipps. I could not locate a flow chart on their web site.

    Havn't any experience with these deep structures, but you must consider uplift from the water table. You did not mention the ground water level either normal or high. Piles could be designed for uplift to counter flotation of the sturcture or counter the uplift with a really heavy structure.

    I assume that you want to cover these tanks for odor control. If that is the case, consider covering only the effluent launders where the falling water may release odors. We have used aluminum covers for this purpose very successfully. A sealing flap of rubber covers the end opening to...

    If you can't find three way valves large enough to suit tour needs, why not consider two plug valves with their lever operators linked so that when one opens, the other one closes.
