    What about ABAQUS? I downloaded a plug-in called elysium that will supposedly allow me to save my parts in a neutral file format (.enf), but I haven't seen it work yet. It says it only works with wildfire 2.0 or earlier. What's the deal?

    I think the problem may be that my Pro-E package is newer than the my ANSYS software. I have wildfire3.0 and ANSYS10.0.

    That didn't really help. Is there anyway to open my .prt files in ANSYS either directly or indirectly? Basically, I constructed a model using pro-Engineer, but would like to take advantage of ANSYS's FEA abilities (Pro-E is too limited in this sense).

    I'm trying to create a model of an object for finite element analysis. I have 15 or so images of this object taken from various viewpoints. Could anyone tell me what the most effective and accurate way of creating the model would be? Thanks a lot.
