Brentwood Storm Tank - model when staked

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to model the Brentwood StormTank when placing them in a staked configuration? I am trying to model two - 36" high units. I'm using HydroCAD 9.10

construct end treatment in the wet, how?

Yes. It is always full. I consulted with the project geotech and he had the same suggestion. If it is always submerged leave as is. Thanks!

construct end treatment in the wet, how?

Correct the pipe is submerged. I guess I've gotten into the habit of specifying an end treatment without too much thought to the pipe being submerged or not. A submerged pipe would not require an end treatment because there would be no erosion issues?

construct end treatment in the wet, how?

Design calls for a 30" HDPE pipe that outfalls to a storm water pond with a 5:1 side slope. The top of pipe is approximatley 3ft below the control elevation of the pond. The end treatment called for is a cast in place Mitered End Section. The contractor neglected to install/construct the MES...

Grade Change with out vertical curve

Yeah. We ended up compromising. I think he was in a sticky situation as the ramp was already poured. I was referred to ULI parking garage criteria which states that grade changes up to 15% should be transitioned by half the grade change over at least 15ft.

Grade Change with out vertical curve

What is the max grade change with out a vertical curve? We are reviewing a Parking Garage submittal by another engineering firm. The slope on a ramp is 13% with no vertical curve (one level to the next). We talked to the engineer and he said it was okay b/c the speed limit was 10 MPH. We...

    Parking Lot - Joint Spacing

If you are only go to have regular car traffic in the parking area you might consider forgetting about wire and mesh. Remember the wire is only there to keep the concrete together. It provides no structural support. We succesfully poured a 14.5 acre parking lot with no mesh or fiber our...

    Turning Radius WB-40

Looking for a way to check the turning radius and sweep path of a semi-tractor in reverse. The templates I have, I've been told, are only for forward movements. Thanks.
