    There is no load on any surface. The pads simply have electric charge that creates a force! So there is no distributed load I guess.

    Thank you for your fast responce Alex, I am using plane121 so I guess it has infinite depth. If it is so then why are the forces *10^-17 instead of 10^-2 that I get in the 3D model (which is correct!)?
