I have a vessel in which a 5/64 thick dimple jacket is on top of a 3/16th thick vessel. I did calculations for dimple jacket as per UW-19(c)(2). There are also 3 nozzles attached to this jacket as UW 16.1(m).
How do I do calculations for these nozzles?
Hi
In my assembly, most of the beams and other parts are of SS316 and there are few nuts and bolts and O-Rings of other material. In the title box, where we put material it is empty, I am not showing the bill of materials in the drawing and this drawing is labeled by balloons and text. Is it...
In solidworks, in the assembly model properties, there is a tab of 'custom', there you can custom put the material for the whole assembly. I was looking something like that to do in Inventor.
Hi
Is there any way we can custom put material in assembly model? I my assembly most of the parts are stainless steel 316 and few are also PVC parts. In the assembly model, in iproperties there is no material specified. So how can I specify a particular material there?
Hi Mandeep
I tried that quick guide. The example in that is quite simple but the vessel i am working on is quite different in terms of construction. I think i have to do more research on this and have to sit late nights sweating on my chair.
Thanks
