The TSSOP package still seems to be available, however it's the PLCC 28 that we need.
I've tried to find a sales contact link to NXP but can't seem to find one.
Contacting NXP direct is the only thing I haven't done.
Thanks for the help.
Hoping someone may be able to help.
My Company has been using the NXP 89LPC936 PLCC28 programmable micro for a number of years,
and it's only recently when we tried to re-order that we have discovered that they are a discontinued item.
This leaves us in a position of not being able to produce...
I have a situation where I have a sub-circuit control box protected by a 20A 3 pole circuit breaker. Within the control box are 1 x 10A 3 pole circuit breaker, and 1 x 6A single pole circuit breaker. The problem we are having is that the 20A circuit breaker trips at random times, however the...
Thanks for that, the installation manual is reasonably clear about setting the pots, so I will go to site next week and look at those things you mentioned, thanks a lot for the help.
The only LED that comes on is the "Start" LED, no matter what source is connected. The customer lost his manuals and we just got a replacement installation manual from Cummins (which took about two months!!). There are no drawings of the control board in the manual, I guess we needed a service...
No the emergency contactor does not energize.
The ATS is an LT100, 415VAC, Three Phase Three Wire, with Control Package B.
The LED indicators from top to bottom are "Stop Timing", "XFR Timing", "Re-XFR Timing", "XFR", "Re-XFR", "Norm Avail", "Emer Avail", & "Start"
Does anyone have any experience with this LT100 range of transfer switches. When the system is powered up the mains contactor does not energise, and the emergency contactor remains de-energized as well. The only indication on the control board is the red "Start" LED which lights up but nothing...
The motor isn't an instant reverse type, the direction of the motor is controlled by separate forward and reverse contactors, which are electrically interlocked via the N/C auxiliary on the opposite contactor.
Whatever direction the motor happens to be travelling in, when the control system...
No I'm talking about manually operating the limit switch while it is moving in one direction or another to simulate the standard operation. The motor is controlling a shade screen in a greenhouse. At night the screen covers the house to keep the heat inside. In the morning the control system...
The limit switches drop out the forward or reverse contactors, so when the limit switch is activated all power is removed from the motor. Its just when the limit switch is de-activated and the contactor comes back in, the motor will not re-start in the same direction. It will however run in the...
I have a small 240VAC motor which I believe has a faulty start cap. When the motor is first started it runs fine, but when it it stopped via a separate control limit switch and the contactor drops out, if the limit switch is closed again the contactor will re-energise but the motor will not...
I have had a 240VAC motor that has blown up two sets of Start & Run capacitors in the last three months. The motor has a 20 seconds on 20 seconds off duty cycle when it is triggered, and this cycle could be on for 4 to 5 minutes. Is this short duty cycle likely to be the cause of the capacitor...
Do contactor thermal overloads have the same type of trip curve characteristics as circuit breakers. And if so, how do you specify this, and is this information generally printed on overload labels??
