    Ok, I have some more errors that I have found. I was in the install of FlexLM and when I imported the old license file, it said all of the modules were valid, and here is the kicker, I changed the host ID and all of the modules remained valid, but as soon as I changed the cpu ID (MAC address)...

    Is that FlexLM? If so, I have tried to install that but it keeps failing. I have moved it from the old NT machine and can run the software. I can't remember what EXE file it is right now but it says its running. Did you run yours in compatibility mode? And did you run Intralink?

    Well, that would be a problem because the old PC's NIC card is built on board the motherboard. I had PTC send me a new license file with the new MAC address and HOST ID. I just can't get it to work.
