Designer seeking Mfg. input
It can be done using conventional EDM's. However it would be very difficult, expensive and time consuming to produce. From a manufacturing engineering standpoint I would not recommend it. The 0.002 max radius is difficult to maintain regardless of what process you use. Might be worth looking...- jjj647

I would recommend you first learn about what types of processes can be used to produce a part. One of the books I used as a reference when I first became a manufacturing engineer is "Materials and Processes in Manufacturing", by DeGarmo, Black & Kosher. I have found it very useful, but...- jjj647
