    Thanks for the reply How do your folks explain the examples used throughout the ANSI Y14.5-1984 hand book ? I have lost more than a few battles with checkers over this. In fact I have faxed pages from the hand book to the local SW tech for forwarding to SW. The tech, in fact has logged the request.

    I'm running SP0.0 I'll check with tech support to see if they can shead any light on the SP issue. I did however find that if the hole was created using the hole wizard and you use smart fasteners the flat hds will orient themselves correctly. Thanks for the reply

    hole tolerances

    How can you add tolerances to countersink dia. i.e. if you dim the drilled/punched hole and within the same call out you add the countersink dia and it's tolerance?
