Hi,
is there an option to show the sigularities of nodes (ie. for solids) within Patran. I mean currently I use to open the .f06 file for information on that. But therefore Ive to wait for the solver... Has somebody find a better way.
Thanks in advance
Heiko
Thank you Onda! Another method I thought about is to let Patran write the .bdf-file with entries sorted by comma:
CQUAD4,15342149,87967217,15443913,15443879,15443880,15443914, 0.
Nastran would except that. But I didn't find an option yet...
Hi,
if reinstalled it the way you recommend: Now it worked. Everything looks very eyecatching except the 8 letters whide columns:
BEGIN BULK
$ Direct Text Input for Bulk Data
PARAM POST 0
PARAM PRTMAXIM YES
$ Elements and Element Properties for region : pshell.87967217
PSHELL 87967217...
Hi Paul,
I'm using the current 5.6.8 version of notpad++. There you can usally go on "setup" ("Einstellungen" in the german version), then click "import" and "themes". There you select the file. Afterwards you load this theme in "setup" -> "style".
But I've to admitt it doesn't work in my case...
Hi Onda,
if tried your highlighting scheme, but in my case it doesn't work with the current version of notepad++ (it always breaks down).
@Mario: Is it working for you?
I'm searching for a scheme which is able to highlight every 8 columns of the .bdf file, so that you can easily read through...
