Use the cutout command it's under edit / component operations - cutout.
Make an assembly of your part and another part that is the full block without the oil passages and creat the cutout, perform the cutout process to the new block and use your part as reference.

In Pro/E I'm able to use Ptcstatus.bat to findout who is using a specific license at a a specific time. This is especially helpful when a license happens to be locked. Does anyone know if Catia can do the same thing or similar?
