Using CSIxRevit you can import your model in .exr extension into Revit Structure. My experience is however that some elements, especially meshed area objects, may be exported/imported wrongfully. After import you can use the model in Revit for whatever functions you wish.

Hello, Pier and spandrel naming must be unique for the elements associated with one level of your building. So you can't have two P1 piers on the same level, but you can have a P1 pier and an other P1 pier on different levels. Does that answer your question? -Peter
