A standard extruder with three dispensing nozzles is exactly what I want. What I don't want is to have to design my own system, I am hoping there is an off-the-shelf solution tha meets my needs.
I'm looking for what amounts to an industrial hot melt glue gun where I can load a hopper with PE/PP pellets at one end and dispense an even bead of hot plastic on the other,
Does anyone know where I can find such a thing?
Thanks people,
I had already approximated the answer using theta=L*M/G/J but that is really an expression for round solids.
I am under the impression that theta = 3TL/(Gbt^3) is for thin section materials but I'll try it and see if the resule is reasonable.
"Go back to your text book, calculate the modulus."
That doesn't help at all! It's 1/2 inch angle 6061-t6 aluminum (not iron) leg thickness on a 4x4 angle. Ad the point is that I can't find a standard formula for torsion for an angle section.
I am looking for help to determine how much an aluminum angle will twist. The aluminum angle is 6061-t6 material 1/2" wall x 4" legs x 35" long. 1" from the bottom, one leg of the angle is secured to an inmovable object. 1" from the top of the other leg 30 pounds of force is applied at a 8"...
OK, we'll go back to °C.
The product I'm working with requires us to control the temp limits to 18 to 26°C, but it would be a better environment for our operators if we could maintain a temp closer to 21°C.
Thanks for the help.
OK here's where I'm at now;
RH is holding at 30% but the temp in the room is at 27°C and it's feeling a bit stuffy in there.
Can I add a small room AC unit to bring in fresh air while keeping the dehumidifier running?
Thanks for all the help.

I'm going to allow the temp to rise to ~75°F and try to make this work with a velcro sealed flap door. I will install provisions for a solid door in case that doesn't work.
I have no experience in this area.
My process requires controlling relative humidity to <35%. I am currently in a very large open area near an open loading dock and am considering building a 8 x 10 x 8' room with a flap door. It's raining, humidity is currnetly at 94%, temperature is 64°. Will...
