The DWG/DXF Export menu has a 2D 3D toggle. Select 2D and see if it produces what you expect. If not, you can try exporting a cgm (be sure text exports as text, not polylines). Open a new file, start Drafting, and import the cgm. Will probably create SH2. Open SH2, then, export...
A good solution and support from the vendor (hard to beat that!). I'm surprised it wasn't part of the switch SOW. I would have thought Siemens sales would have been all over that. Good one, Dave!
Best to you, Stephen!

Mm, unfortunately, I'm not too familiar with the inner workings of "Menuscript", but I'm sure there are Help files available. I'm curious for my own education, so I'll look a little deeper - seems like there ought to be a way, even if it's not as simple as editing a list.
Cheers,
Found this...
Hm. Probably need to 'register' the button and assign the appropriate Action, etc.. little more involved, I guess.
Under the last entry (10) there is a More... selection that lists a history? or as Tomas suggests, the History Tab - perhaps changing the View to List so there wouldn't be so much...
I wonder.... if you open up the ug_main.men file in UGII/menus dir, scroll to the bottom and copy/paste/edit entries that define TOGGLE_BUTTON etc... and extend the number series up to 20? If that would work?
TOGGLE_BUTTON UG_WINDOW_1
LABEL Window 1
NO_REPEAT
ACTIONS STANDARD...
Seems to be an issue...
you might try putting in separate smaller c'lines in each broken view - any edits to extend them together will probably revert to original lengths when you update, tho. But, it may work for you.

...and what of the 'warm processes' that are initiated on the server? Do they also consume a license at this point? or not until someone actually logs into TC. Once a process is allocated to a user, I understand it will remain assigned to that user until it times out (3-4 hrs?) of not being...
Running LMTOOLS on the server can give you some information, too.
You can enter the Individual Feature (as called out on your license file) and it will return who/what/when on feature usage. Just a snapshot at time of Enquiry, but, could give you some idea of current usage. Worth exploring...
I am running TCUA v8.3. The only variations in licensing (that I know of) is Author and Consumer. Author for creating data to Teamcenter and Consumer for viewing and participating in workflow approvals and such. All current participants should be "Active" or you can suspend their TC access by...
My understanding is that if you double click from Teamcenter, your default program association from Windows for pdf should apply (as it does if you double click from your desktop). You might check your dataset type... some may be PDF, others might be PDF_Reference, which might cause association...
Sounds like a nice enhancement! Look forward to running the latest version someday!
I appreciate your info - should come in handy. Thank you.

Sean,
Do you mean something like this?
Created from "Broken Views" and a Symbol (User-defined, Utility Directory, Break15) added to the dimension line.

I believe the viewer capabilities are governed by the level of license you have, or can access. I think VisView Professional can display transparency, where VisView Base cannot. Could this be the case?

An attempt was made to "find common ground" by overlaying the different sizes (ANSI/ISO) and only utilizing the space that was common, so that whether printed on A3 or B size paper, one would get all information. A global format that would print on either size paper. In the end, I think it was...
