Dear All,

Thanks in advance for the time to review my query.

We are going to establish a mini skid-mounted LNG plant with 100 t/d production. One vendor will do it as an EP contract and the client will go to assign the construction contractor to execute the job. In our preliminary study, we need a sample PlotPlan and BOQ (piping, concrete, Cable,.....) with even 30% accuracy or even more just for our preliminary study.

Is there any expert who has this information from his previous simple job or any other references? I emphasize that we need this data for very preliminary justification, so don't worry about the accuracy of the data.

Best Regards

Ossareh,

Go do your job. If neither you nor any of your coworkers have the knowledge base to develop an order-of-magnitude estimate and general process flow, then you should go purchase the expertise from someone else. Eng-tips is not a compendium of plant drawings, PFDs, etc.

It's in the name - Engineering Tips. Information here is supposed to point and guide towards the answer, not provide the entire design because you ask nicely.

Your only two posts here have been asking for this exact thing. I suggest you delete your account and go somewhere else.

If you have 3-4 vendors contesting for this EP contract, there's a better chance of getting them to provide the info required. Right now, looks like you have only one vendor, who appears to be assured of getting this EP contract with little or no effort upfront to assist you.

You say skid mounted. That implies that the vendor is gobo you a bunch of skids and all you then do is stitch them together.

To get to 30%, that's a FEED level bunch of engineering.

Employ an Engineering contractor/ designer.

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.
