11"-25K Tubing Head Spool

Anybody can help me to suggest the parameter for the OD, thickness, number of holes, bolt hole size, bolt circle of 11"-25K or 30K API flange.
Any suggestion to be appreciated.

I would start with the dimension shown in API 6A for 20k flanges. From there use math to figure out what requires more material. I've never seen an API 25/30K flange.
