115vac reversible motor wiring

My motor is a leeson-a6c17nk20a-1/3 hp- wires marked-t1-t4-t5-t8-p1-,My switch is a 3pdt. The switch was removed,without making a diagram. any help.Thanks

Hi,
1&8 go to one line, 4&5 to the other. Swap 5&8 to change rotation. There should also be a P2, P1&P2 are thermal overloads. (The numbers indicate that this is a 120 volt motor). Thanks
