Hello, Is there a standard distance for air gaps between pahses in 11kV cable boxes? Thanks

Probably, and it probably depends on where you are and what codes and standards are applicable.

it depend of used cable type, but 130 mm ( 5 inch) is enough for bare cond.

It depends on the type of termination too. For dry boxes, the manufacturer designs the cable box to suit the lightning impulse withstand voltage and will specify whether the box is suitable for fully insulated terminations or partially insulated terminations. Fully insulated could be elbows, or cable terminations with boots over the lugs, partially insulated terminations only have insulation on the cores. Compound boxes have much less clearance, typically 45mm ph-ph and 32mm ph-gnd for 12kV.
