12v dc motor and charger help

this is my first time on this forum but I am at the start of a project which is sort of outside my field, so here goes. What I need is a company which will help me in the design of a machine which has a 12v dc motor powered by a battery similar to what a car would have and of course have a builtin charger. I would like the company to supply the parts as well give good advice.

Of course this a new project so it will take a while but if all works ok and trials are good I would see us buying 5 or 6 at a time at the start

At low volume like that you will probably want a standard product from a company. If you are looking for 1 HP or lower motors, I'd think Bodine, Groschopp, or Bison could help you out. They all have a 12v PMDC line of products. They should be able to work with you to figure out the motor you need, too, if you are unsure. They would probably only help with the motor, not with the battery/charger, though.

size limits? 1: dia max? 100" dia max?
length limits? 1"? 10"?
charger source voltage? 120vac? 220v? 460 3ph? 60hz? 50hz?
any agency certifications required? UL? UR? CE? CSA? MSH?
application? you r agriculture so will it be used on a tractor? bus? in a mine?
any environmental requirements must it work to -40 degrees F? 120 degrees F?
How long can the charge take? 1 hour? 10 hours?
HOw long does it have to run at what load on battery before recharge allowed?

Sorry I wasn't more giving with info.
We are thinking of making a product which is similar to an AG maxi for bedding sawdust etc. The machine needs to be around the same size and also battery powered. But that's where the similarities end, the AG has a conveyor to dispense the sawdust I was thinking of a fan or impeller to blow the dust out and would think 1000rpm would do that. We are based in Ireland. I'm not sure about the numbers at this stage but I know some AG agents sell 50-60 per year. The machine would run for 20min periods 3 times over 24hrs and I can't see the enviroment being a problem. We are 220v-240v here for the charger.

We can do the fabrication no probs but would help with the electrical we have made other machines bigger than this but all have been hydraulic driven, it does take a while to get from sketches to proto-types.

We manufacture solar powered chemical injection pumps which seem similar to this. We use a 1/9 HP motor along with 110Ah batteries. They are charged using a solar panel and charge regulator.

My confusion is that you need a DC motor to run off of batteries, and have a built in charger. I'm assuming you are going to want a charger that runs off of 120VAC? And if that is the case, why not just use a power supply that converts the 120VAC to 12VDC directly (We have an electric version that does exactly this using the 1/9 HP motor).

This machine is like the AG Maxi so it will be moved about within the farm, the charger would be run from our normal 230v supply.
