15 meters span cantilever reinforced concrete beam

does anyone of you designed or knew someone made a 15meters meters cantilever beam which supports only roof? is it even possible?.
its not post tension, just conventional beam

Yes you can splice the bars.

Sure the bars can be spliced. Given the nature of the situation, though, I'd favour mechanical bar splicing over laps.

So, what kind of member proportions are you looking at?
