Guys,

I am in need of 17-4PH per AMS 5643 or 17-7PH per AMS 5568 tubing. They should be approx. 44 inch in length, .749 OD and .590 ID.
Do you know any manufacturer that can help me with this? The vendor we have gives us a lead time of 20 weeks and management is having a heart attack.
Thanks

Could you get away with 304L or 316L tubing?

Considering that current raw material lead times are in excess of 12 weeks, 20 wks doesn't sound too unreasonable. You might get lucky and find existing tubing or raw material from another project that could be used for yours.

Corrosion never sleeps, but it can be managed.

As stated by EdStainless 20 wks. lead time is not unreasonable at this time. Your are going have to get on the phone and check with all suppliers. As stated above you may catch someone with the quanity you need. Your Specification ties you down.
I checked with 2 suppliers, nothing at either one

What is the quanity needed of each material?

Here is one source that has been good in the past.

If the size is as you stated, you could machine the parts out of bar stock if the quantity is not to large.
