1769-L35E Not powered on

I have power on the supply the fuse is good power on both sides of the fuse. No lites on at all. I cycled the power and the L35E powered up. I guess it has some kind of protection that shuts it down to protect it. I am going to call teck support and ask then just wandering if any one has seen this before. PLC is working fine now.

I have had instances where a CompactLogix PLC ethernet interface has froxen up during operations. This is/was a know fault for that line.
