Is 18CrNiMo7-6 steel available in US?

Which has a better core strength, 9310 or 18CrNiMo7-6 ? CWP (pic) hi-impact application?

Alloy 'UNS number(s)', 'form' [plate, forging, casting, etc], 'min/max section HT thickness and heat treatment(s)' are fundamentally necessary elements to help answer this issue in 'just very general terms'.

BTW... I think Your Latin phrase 'Mater artium necessitas' translates very poorly/obscurely.

Thank you for your input.

Perhaps, this would translate better: Potrzeba jest matką wynalazków
