I have TRL standards (2-port calibration) on my wafer but my DUT is a 1-port device. How do I overcome the calibration problem?

I'm sure you have an answer by now, but anyway...
You really have no problem. Perform your two-port TRL cal and then measure your one-port device (S11). Everything will be fine and calibrated, it will just take twice as long because the network analyzer needs to measure all four S-parameters to calculate the two-port error correction.
