Hi all,

We used 2,5mm2 cable size for analog signal transmission for over 50m length. I wonder if it will successfuly transmit the signal from PLC to pumps. Is it OK? Or how can I calculate?

It depends. If it is a 4-20 mA signal, no worries. The resistance in a 50 m 2.5 mm2 loop is less than one ohm and well within the compliance range of a 4-20 mA signal.

If it is a 10 V signal, no worries. In the latter case, make sure that the receiver or transmitter is floating or that there's a good connection between the two system's grounds. Some filtering (BW limitation) is always good.

Half full - Half empty? I don't mind. It's what in it that counts.
