2006 - shipping when?

Do any of you know the ship date(s) of the 2006 CD's? I have a call in to my VAR, but haven't heard back yet & thought I'd ask here. Thanks,

Should be very soon. SW 2006 EV has been out for a couple of weeks. I would say sometime in the next month??

I thought soon as well; my VAR just got back and told me that they heard (not confirmed) end of September. That's a bummer...

I thought I heard at 2006 rollout that there may be 2005 SP5.0 before 2006 comes out.

I'm sure there will be a SW 2005 SP5.0. SW typically supports the previous release with a one or two more service packs after the newest release is out. It would follow suit if SW 2006 was out and then SW 2005 SP5.0 were released.

On July 14, my VAR indicated it would be 3-4 weeks before shipment. I haven't heard anything since then though.

SW 2006 SP0.0 is avaialable for download. We should see the cd's within 3 weeks depending on where you are located!!

I cannot find the download on the SolidWorks website. I can see the announcement that you can download 2006 SP 0.0

But I cannot find it anywhere?

I went straight for the download section on the subscription page. But only SW2005 SP 4.0 is the highest version.

There are two announcement of 2006. But the lowest on the page links to the EV subscribe page, the other links to the download page. I do not see any 2006 for download there?
