I have some left over spools of C 276 from a previous project.

This year we are fabricating new FGD ductwork of 2205. I would like to use this C 276 wire instead of 2209.

Any thoughts?

Don't do it. The 2209 will give you welds with similar phase distribution, strength, and corrosion resistance as the base metal.
The C276 would work, but you would need to test and qualify the welds mechanically and for corrosion resistance. You might create galvanic corrosion issues using the high alloy material.

I would not use the C276 weld metal for joining 2205 in this application.
