2d to 3d and import export (Draftsight 2017 free)

foolishly did plans and elevations in x,y and no want to convert elevations to 3d, x,z on various y planes? Suggestions.

Also is it possible to export coordinates from selected entities to say notepad or excel ? Suggestions.

How do I script coordinates so that they import the adjusted coordinates to generate 3D frame ? Suggestions.

Draftsight has some 3D primitives available, but 3D Boolean operations are suppressed.
So it's possible to read in 3D files, and manipulate them to some extent, but I'm not sure it can do what you want to do.
