Can you run a 3/4" FLEX thru a wireway to isolated emergency panel circuits and not have a fitting on your exit point to a panel below. I have seen a area where they came from a panel with flex and used a connector to the panel then just cut holes in the wireway entrance and exit then connected to another wireway with a fitting.
Can someone quote a code # on this voilation?

Hey, you've posted this exact same question in both the IEC and IEEE forums (see thread242-71722 ). What country are you in?

You will have to provide more specifics.

1 What type of installation?
2 What type of power involved?
3 What voltages involved?
4 Size of wireway?
5 Total number and size of conductors in wireway?

There are instances where such an installation would pass NEC given a few variables, including proper sealing. However, the additional information is required.
