You'll need to supply them with the process information on the service you want to tap as well as the materials you want to use.

Some services are more difficult than others. Unsaturated compounds, piping requiring stress relieving, acids, caustics, thermally unstable compounds can all be issues.

Refer to API 2201 Safe Hot Tapping Practices in the Petroleum & Petrochemical Industries.

Many thanks to all for information

Yes you can perform the hot tap by adding a weldolet on header but following need to be studied before performing the work.
1. Line Pressure, line temperature and line flow during welding.
2. Line pressure, line temperature and line welding during drilling.
3. Wall thickness of header must be taken within 90 days.
4. Isolation valve must be ball valve full port.
5. Make sure hot tap drilling machine for 3/4" is available otherwise you need to do with higher size 2"
6. detail package shall be prepared by designer review by operation team.
