Hello people!!!
I have a problem in creating a trajectory for decorative detail for 3-axis milling machine. Using a special device I can create the 4th axis but only with manual transmission.

The main issue is why in some places mill leave the peaces of waste material? I was trying to make the cuts from different angles and it makes no difference. Also I have changed the height of handle for mill but again no results.

For better understanding here is some screen-shots:

I am not sure exactly what you are asking. Have you gone through this with the support team - either GTAC of your reseller?

Your description is very hard to understand but...

Cavity Mill requires you to select Part (which would be the hand) and Blank (which would be your round stock). Is that understood?
Is the tool cutting into the hand even when setup like this?

Sorry for the long absence.

People, thanks for your answers and especially for the video with hand (hope I'll make better one)). Problem already solved, but there is another one.

How is it possible to make smaller amount movements of incision-removal on finish operation - because its to much of it and the machining time will be very long. I have tried to change parameters in the setup of operation but nothing helpful was found.
