3-D Centerline in Drafting - Using NX11

Greetings:

I am using NX11 and 1st time I have encountered this issue. I have a section view from a round part. I go to utilize 3-D center line, and it does not recognize the section view as something I can click on at all. Is there an option I have off that is causing this?
