300 cc high performance engine curves

Hi, I am working on a project in which I have to compare the performance of a 300 cc go-kart Rotary Wankel Engine with a SI- 4 stroke reciprocating engine. I am planning to compare the Power and Torque curves, BSFC, Efficiency, BMEP, etc.
I am searching for the performance curves of a 300 cc high performance engine.Can anybody help me to provide me the performance curves of high performance 300 cc engines? It can be any vehicle. Thanks a lot!

As far as meaningful published information goes, try searching publications at SAE.org
Publications there can be purchased & downloaded for about $15 and up.
If you search there on SETC (small engine technology conference), that should narrow the scope down to engines close to your size range.
