3D modeling software

Hody!
I have started looking for different modeling(3D design) programs.
My job is to design timber structure wall, floors and roofs. And I'm looking some program to automation my work:automatically generate construction drawings, automatically count materials and so one.
I was wondering if there are any programs suitable for me(except Revit).
