Hello, I am a student of Technical Architecture and I am passionate about 3D printers.

My parents have given me a 3D printer but I'm still practicing.

I would like to know the easiest or most comfortable programs to design as I am a beginner.

Then I will be able to create little by little designs of small buildings.

I would also like to know the best sites to find ready-made designs.

The computer I have has enough processor for these programs.

I do not have extensive knowledge in 3D printing, however, I can tell you three programs that can help you (Cura, Orusa Slicer, Idea maker).

In the end I've opted for SolidWorks, I've seen tutorials and it seems a good option.

Is that the Student Version of Solidworks? Make sure you have the option of outputting a file format your printer software can use (like .stl).

In the test designs that came with the printer they were .stl and I have seen that SolidWorks also allows exporting in that format.

I'd suggest you look seriously at BricsCAD Shape.

BricsCAD is the only serious CAD you actually buy and not be nickle-and-dimed for the rest of your life. Shape is the free version.
