3point of Zero Deflection of Pile

Hi there,

Offshore pile design requires 3points of zero deflections in order to satisfy the pile penetration requirement. DO you have any references codes/standards/studies regarding this?

why should have 3 points of zero deflections?
is there any resource you get this infomation?

I think one point is Ok and two point should be enough.
