I have a 4" pvc underground conduit incased in concrete.
Can I put in it three triplex 5kv cables (3c):(one #1, one #2 and a #6) going from the switchgear to three diferent transformeers? I don't have a IEEE 835 standard?
The NEC tables are limited to 2000V. The power company people are telling me that they use to install one cable per conduit, but I have just one 4" conduit.
Thank you.

You need to check the physical sizes of the cables to make sure they will fit and comply with the NEC conduit fill limitations. In the unlikely event that the cables will actually fit, their ampacity needs to be derated due to mutual heating. Refer to NEC, or find someone more experienced to help.
