8 mm stainless steel cutting problems with Prima platino HS 1530 3kw

Hi , I am new in using laser. my machine is a 3kw prima year 2003 . what is the best settings for pierce and cutting parameters . I think the main problem is with piercieng, it seems before making a good pierce it starts to cut. I use these parameters in pierce :
stand off : 3
focal : -7
power : 3000
freq : 190
duty: 85
pressure : 3
and for the cutting is :
power : 3000
focal : -4.5
stand off : 0.8
pressure : 16

For cutting I have -3.5 focal and 18 pressure i think. I come back with more. Give me feedback and i'll try to help....
