Besides S&T International does anyone know of another manufacturer who can produce the following...
20' PC 26" OD x .625" Nominal Wall
Additional Requirements for Pipe and Fitting Components in Addendum A per WBU-GP 36-1010:
a) Per Table 2 of WBU-GP 36-1010:
a. Full RT Inspection per Code requirements shall be performed after heat treatment on
pipe and fittings. All repairs require approval from the WBU.
b. Heat treatment shall be performed at 1175ºF +/- 25º for a minimum of 2 hours for pipe in
wet H2S service.
c. Fittings to be made from A-672 Gr. C70, Class 22 pipe for NPS 26 and larger.
b) Per ANNEX A of WBU-GP 36-1010:
a. HIC Resistant plate material is required.
b. Additional requirements for carbon steels in wet H2S service can be found in Annex A.
Supplementary Requirements in Addendum A for ASTM A672:
a) S2 Charpy V-Notch Test (Impact Testing)
b) S7 Magnetic Particle Examination of Weld Metal, 100% Root Pass and 100% Final Pass
c) S11 Straight Beam Ultrasonic Examination of Flat Plate—UT2

a) S69 Magnetic Particle Examination -- Weld Metal, 100% Root Pass and 100% Final Pass
