Hi,
is there any way I can make a Measure in Adams/View to measure y coordinate in relation to x coordinates instead of time? Basically, I want to make a measure that will draw the trajectory of a point in x-y coord. system. I know, I can change x and y data in the postprocessor, but I want to use the measure in a Design Study where more curves are created within a plot and I can change the x data only for the last one plotted as far as I know.

Thanks in advance.

I also know of only one way to create a measure - from time (run-time function). You have correctly noted that it is possible to establish dependence on another value in the postprocessor. To display multiple optimization results, try something like this:
-Create 2 measures for convenience: X-coordinates and Y-coordinates;
-Open Design Evaluation Tools;
- In the settings of the OUTPUT button, select the output category "Database Storage" and specify "Save Analysis" - "Yes"
- Conduct a Design Study with the Start button
- In the post processor you will see "Runs" for each value of the DV variable. Plot the measures from each other.
I hope this solves your questions

Thank you so much, it worked like a charm. You just saved my bachelor's thesis last minute. It is good to know there is a way to store data permanently like that, it will definitely come handy in the future.
