Hi,

I am not sure whether we can use the unlisted A4-70 bolting in a pressure vessel which is designed to AS1210 code and should be in compliance to AS1210 code requirement.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Thank you,

Chandanraj

Not familiar with AS1210, but for presssure bolting, I doubt it. Would not a listed 316 bolting work?

Regards,

Mike

No Chandaraj, the AS 1210 does not allow this type of general structural bolting. This bolt is used for corrosion resistance in bolting structures exposed to weather.
