A537 Class 2 notch toughness 1

Hi,
Did anyone here use A537 Cl2 at MDMT colder than -60C for pressure vessels, especially at high thicknesses , say 3"-4.5" etc. The A20 recommended test temperatures suggests it may not be plausible to use it at those temperatures. But, I guess we can order right Q&T, quality checks and impact test it. Wonder what has been industry experience.

The lowest we used was -60 C at slightly more than 3" but that was 30 years ago.

Any chance you would know the details of the spec? As in, whether it was Cl2 as shown on ASTM spec or if any other operation or control was placed exclusively to improve notch toughness?
