CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE ON THE INTERNET I CAN GET A DESCRIPTION AND DIAGRAM OF THE VARIOUS AASHTO LOADINGS (i.e.. AASHTO HS-20) ?

Nope.

Any Bridge text should have it and it's also shown in the AASHTO Standard Specification for Highway Bridges.
