Can AB Micrologix 1100 Ethernet Interface Module(Part#:1761-NET-ENI) talk with CitecSCADA version 6.10?

Google "CitecSCADA ABCLX Driver Help" which should land a pdf "ABCLX Driver Help" (attached) that depicts a CitecSCADA HMI communicating to a Logix 5000 series PLC via a 1761-NET-ENI on pages 5 & 6. The MicroLogix shouldn't be a problem.
