Abaqus and 128 Core Cpu

I hope you can give me some guidance on this problem. we have a machine based on two epyc 7763 cpu (64 Core x 2 CPU) and 256gb ram (16x16GB) , Win 10 Pro 64Bit. the machine is fine and very performing, we only have one problem with this software Abaqus Dassault system.substantially during the calculation it uses only 64 cores at 100%, therefore only one cpu, the second cpu is substantially not used in fact the usage values vary between 4%, 7%. I tried to disable Multi Thread from bios, but the problem persists.
, clearly in the Abaqus software I have selected to use 128 cores.
Do you happen to have any info on this?

What kind of analysis is that - implicit or explicit ? Which analysis procedure ? Any special features like subroutines, connectors or others ?

Also, which version of Abaqus are you using ?
