Hello,
My abaqus is running very slow for past 2 days. Even when I try to model wireframe in part module, it takes approximately 5 seconds when I try to draw a line, for example, I click 'create lines: connected' the cursor arrow circles for 5 seconds, then I proceed to draw line by clicking on grid, it circles 5 seconds and I click another point in grid (for eg, 10 metres) to form line then it circles 5 seconds. Even when I try to choose mesh module it take 5 to 10 seconds, it is super slow when comparing to previous days of my work. In the past like a week ago, it was always instant whenever I switch module from part to property or other.
Even when animating results, each frame takes 5 to 8 seconds, when I use slider for choosing frame rate it still is super slow, which makes extremely difficult when recording animation for presentation. In past it worked good without slowing down.
It would very helpful, if someone guide me to solve this issue
P.S. Every other software works perfectly, even games which takes more ram and graphics card works perfectly too.
I have 8 GB ram and 2 GB graphics card
