Looks more like unphysical element distortion. Do you have adjustment enabled ? Can you share the .inp or .cae file ?
 
Thank you for your reply. I can be more specific. It is two surfaces that are perpendicular to each other. Adhesion occurred when passing through the perpendicular surface. As you can see in the picture below, excessive penetration occurred.

Unfortunately, it's pretty much impossible to help based on a screenshot like this and no details about the model setup (material properties, boundary conditions, contact settings and so on). I can only advise that it might be caused by too coarse meshes, unrealistic physics of the problem or incorrect definition of the rigid body (e.g. no proper inertia characteristics) or contact itself (general contact should be used with reasonable contact interaction definition).
