ABAQUS- DOUBT - Boundary Condition

How can I consider the condition uz = const for the analysis of a column, as shown in the image.

I am performing analysis of composite materials columns!

Presumably you want the free edge to remain planar in the Z direction as it distorts. Just link all the nodes on that edge to a single node on that edge in the Z direction using *equation.

I used to add constraint MPC, would it? But still I did not get the expected results.
